On his “solo around the world” adventures, Paul Hodge has made a
special effort to learn about the world’s many fabulous cuisines. As part of his efforts to learn from many different vocations on behalf of https://www.vocationaltraininghq.com/, Paul took a cooking class at the world famous Codon Bleu Culinary Institute in Paris, France. He is pictured here with his
gifted teacher. It was a highly educational experience, and it was apparent that Paul still had much to learn in regards to food preparations, but he’s a quick learner, and is sure to learn the hang of it soon. This task becomes much easier with his very talented and experienced teacher.
